Q: Is this fragrance 100% authentic?
A: Yes — every fragrance we sell is 100% authentic, brand new, and factory sealed. We source directly from authorized wholesale distributors, never from third-party marketplaces. No clones, no knockoffs, no "inspired by" — ever. Every bottle carries the manufacturer's batch code, which you can verify after purchase.
Q: How are your prices so far below retail?
A: We buy at wholesale volume directly from distributors and run lean — no retail storefronts, no department-store markup. We pass the difference to you. Same juice, same bottle, same box you'd get at the counter.
Q: Are these testers, refills, or damaged stock?
A: No. Unless a listing explicitly says "Tester" in the title, you're getting the full retail presentation: sealed cellophane, retail box, cap, and full fill level.
Q: When will my order ship?
