Q: Is this fragrance 100% authentic?
A: Yes — every fragrance we sell is 100% authentic, brand new, and factory sealed. We source directly from authorized wholesale distributors, never from third-party marketplaces. No clones, no knockoffs, no "inspired by" — ever. Every bottle carries the manufacturer's batch code, which you can verify after purchase.
Q: How are your prices so far below retail?
A: We buy at wholesale volume directly from distributors and run lean — no retail storefronts, no department-store markup. We pass the difference to you. Same juice, same bottle, same box you'd get at the counter.
Q: Are these testers, refills, or damaged stock?
A: No. Unless a listing explicitly says "Tester" in the title, you're getting the full retail presentation: sealed cellophane, retail box, cap, and full fill level.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders ship fast from our warehouse in New Jersey. You'll receive a confirmation email the moment you place your order and a tracking number as soon as it ships, which you can follow anytime on our Track Order page. Most U.S. orders arrive within days, not weeks.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Unopened items can be returned within 30 days — see our Refund Policy for the full process and details on any restocking fee. If your order arrives damaged or isn't as described, contact us right away and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Reach us through our Contact page or by emailing us at joe@stuffedcart.com. You're dealing with a real business in New Jersey, and a real person answers.
Q: Do you sell to businesses or in bulk?
A: Yes — we supply both individuals and businesses at wholesale pricing. For bulk or resale inquiries, reach out through our Contact page.
