What is your return policy?
Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused or unworn, with tags and original packaging. Fragrances, oils, creams and consumable products must be unopened and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers pay return shipping, and original shipping charges are not refundable. Request approval before sending an item back. See our Refund Policy for the full terms and instructions. We do not accept in-person returns.
